In this episode, Mike and Adam discuss Adam’s journey from law into the creative, marketing and advertising space.  Adam talks about the diverse range of not for profit and social enterprise clients that he works with at Gozer and the reason why he is driven by this work.

Adam outlines his motivation and inner purpose for working with clients tackling social inequality and environmental sustainability.  He discusses his strong desire to redress injustice in this space and how he is contributing to solutions through his work at Gozer and Goodwell.

ADAM KOSTICK

Adam is the Strategy Director of Gozer, a multidisciplinary creative studio producing original and culturally relevant campaigns, brands, video, and digital experiences for mission-driven organisations creating a more liveable, inclusive, and sustainable society.

What differentiates Gozer from conventional creative agencies is its focus on impact communications to shift everyday Australians from not thinking about societal + environmental issues, or feeling that they’re relevant to their lives, to feeling like significant action to address them is important to them, their friends, and their families.

Adam is also the founder of GoodWell, a for-purpose business development agency that strives to make the world a better place by connecting people with a shared vision, to ignite the collective energy needed to create widespread changes that expand opportunities for all.
